RG Leiterplatten Platinen Pufferband PB 500 / 1

Dient dem Transport und der Übergabe von Leiterplatten zwischen Produktonsanlagen bzw Handlingsystemen.

Das Transportband besteht aus einem Segment von 500mm Länge.

Das Modul kann als Pufferstrecke (eine Leiterplatte), als Inspektionsplatz oder zur Be- und Entladung von Produktionsanlagen eingesetzt werden.

Im Inspektionsbetrieb erfolgt der Weitertransport nach einer Kontrolle oder Nacharbeit der Leiterplatten durch ein Quittiersignal.

Grundausstattung:

- stabiler Aufbau eigener Fuß mit integriertem Schaltschrank.

- zwei parallel laufende Transportriemen mit je 3mm Randauflage der Leiterplatten

- Transportbreite mit Handrad einstellbar

- Zwei Betriebsarten

1. Inspektionsbetrieb

2. Durchlaufbetrieb

- Stufenlos einstellbare Übergabegeschwindigkeit
